É possível fazer o inverso? pegar os dados da planilha e registrar na base sem abrir Base?

Para importar uma planilha pra dentro de um banco do Base, abra a
planilha, abra a tabela do seu banco de dados Base. Arraste a guia da
planilha para dentro da tabela do Base e solte. Um assistente aparecerá
para definir os tipos de cada coluna da planilha.
