Se a política da empresa é de não utilizar a versão 3.3, então siga essa
política.
Seria melhor entrar em contato com o setor de TI e solicitar que o
ambiente seja migrado para essa versão.
Se eu fosse responsável por esse setor, eu diria para você aguardar mais
15 dias, para que a migração ocorresse já com a versão 3.3.1
