Pessoal,
Alguém já viu alguma consequencia da lei ODF no Parana? Gostaria de saber se
a lei é realmente eficaz, pq hj temos alguns governos comprometidos com o SL
e padrões abertos, e quando não tivermos? Será que a lei ajudará a manter
isso?
