Pessoal
Perguntei ao comitê de certificação de desenvolvedores se eles tinham um
roteiro para a certificação "Dev-LibreOffice". Eis a resposta que tive,
e repasso a vocês para conhecimento:
--------------------------%<---------------------------
Generally, be a visible creator of good contributions to the project:
commit rights; bug fixes; mailing list/IRC participation; "caring for
the project" (in contrast to "throwing patches for easy hacks over the
wall," say), etc. We leave this sufficiently vague to not let people
work towards ticking off specific achievements on a todo list ("fix
three bugs," "send five messages to the mailing list in one week") and
then expect to automatically qualify. What we rather seek is sustained
involvement with the project. (Not to imply that those four score
negatively in any way there; just to explain how things should work in
general.)
That said, people work on LO for different motivations, and for some a
"Certified Developer" label is more useful than for others. Therefore,
it's always good for us to be aware of people who are actually
interested in certification.
