Als ik een .CVS bestand open in Calc dan krijg ik automatisch een Text import scherm te zien. De te 
importeren gegevens worden idd met chinese tekens weergegeven. Indien ik bij Character set UNICODE 
(UTF-8) invul dan wordt de inhoud met westerse tekens weergegeven en kan het geimporteerd worden.

Beste mensen,
 Voorheen sloeg ik mutaties  van de bankrekening op mijn computer op als .csv  bestand, 
vervolgens opende ik dat bestand met libreoffice en sloeg het op als .xlsx bestand.

Tot 2 juni jongstleden lukte dat nog.

Als ik nu echter een opgeslagen .csv bestand open met libreoffice krijg ik een bestand met 
allemaal onbegrijpelijk (lijken: chinese) tekens.

Hoe kan dat? Is daar een werkbare oplossing voor. Ik ben een leek op computer gebied.
