Van de Handleidingen voor Beginners, voor LibreOffice versie 6, is het
hoofdstuk 'Kennismaken met Math' vertaald en gepubliceerd.
In dit hoofdstuk wordt beschreven hoe u een formule kunt toevoegen in een
document van LibreOffice. Daarbij worden de schermen en menu’s van Math
behandeld. Het Elementenpaneel is belangrijk voor het kiezen van een
gewenste formule, waarna in de Formule-editor de formule kan worden
ingevuld en opgemaakt. Ook het gebruik van haakjes en accolades komen aan
bod. Vervolgens het invoegen van formules in de verschillende componenten
van LibreOffice en het aanpassen van onder meer de grootte, de uitlijning
en achtergronden.
