Van de Handleidingen voor Beginners, voor LibreOffice versie 6, is het
hoofdstuk 'Kennismaken met Impress' vertaald en gepubliceerd.
In dit hoofdstuk worden de basisbeginselen van Impress uitgelegd. Zo worden
de schermen en werkbalken beschreven en de verschillende weergaven.
Vervolgens wordt er ingegaan op het maken van een presentatie; het invoegen
van dia’s. Dan wordt beschreven hoe tekst ingevoegd en opgemaakt kan
worden. Ook het invoegen van afbeeldingen, tabellen, diagrammen en
mediabestanden komt aan de orde. Dan wordt de presentatie opgemaakt, met
een tijdsindeling en eventuele diawissels. Ten slotte wordt de Presenter
Console kort uitgelegd. Hiermee kunt u een presentatie via bijvoorbeeld uw
smartphone besturen.
