Problematisch is nu dat, als ik een Inhoudsopgave maak via
Invoegen->Inhoudsopgave in Index, en dan kies voor inhoudsopgave, de
koppen op niveau 1 niet worden weergegeven. Wel niveaus 2 en 3...
Nog een manier om het te onderzoeken: Via Extra > Hoofdstuknummering kom
je in een venster waarin je ziet welke opmaakprofielen zijn gekoppeld
met de diverse niveaus. Ik heb zelf af en toe (vooral met
knippen/plannen van of im/export naar Word-bestanden) dat niveau 1 niet
is gekoppeld aan Kop 1.
