Hoe installeer ik het Helppakket van LO 5.2 in LibreOffice onder Linux Mint

Ik heb het Helppakket gedownload van de website
https://nl.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fris/ en probeerde het te
installeren op dezelfde manier als het language-pack.
Dus: uitpakken, rechtsklikken op de map DEBS, openen in terminal, sudo dpkg
-i *.deb.
Maar ik krijg geen offline-help, alleen online bij F1 of klikken in
HElp-menu.
Wat doe ik verkeerd?
