Het probleem ken ik al jaren en ik heb nooit een niet-MS-oplossing
kunnen vinden. Zucht.

Pas in Brussel op FOSDEM waren er wat mensen van phplist. Zeer open
source-minded, dus die zorgen wel dat jij gewoon zonder Microsoft je
werk kunt doen.
