Ik denk dat je hier het beste gebruik van de functie VERT.ZOEKEN kunt maken.
syntax :

=VERT.ZOEKEN (Zoekcriteria; Matrix; Index; Sorteervolgorde)

Het gebruik van TableLookUp heb ik nog niet gesnapt.
