[nl-documentatie] cover handleidingen

Tijdens het vertalen van de Base handleiding 7,3, wat nu gaande is, kwam
het voorstel om de kleurige cover (voorkant en achterkant) te gebruiken,
zoals de Engelse handleidingen dit hebben.
Samen hebben we dit cover vertaald en verfraaid. zie
