ありがとうございます。
どうやら原因が違っているようで、ご指摘のBug 147398は2/17付のパッチで直っているものの、こちらはまだ解消されてなさそうです。
一度閉じたトピックも再開されました。

だからどう、ということではなく、ただ現状の情報共有が望ましいかなと思った次第です。
7.3.0は既にリリースされていて、
マイナーバージョン0番や1番がリスキーなのは長年のユーザーには周知ですが、
最近は「最新版」「安定版」なんて表記もしなくなっている中で、
そこそこ使っている人ももいるかも知れないな、と。

四則演算を間違う計算機って、結構痛いですからね…。それも時々。
ちなみに、自動再計算ではなく手動の[無条件の再計算](Shift+Ctrl+F9)で一応手当することが出来るようです。
