LibreOffice Baseについての質問だと思います。
LibreOffice 5.3では、
* 追加したテキストボックスのプロパティ(コンテキストメニューからアクセスできます)
の「フォーム」の「データ」タブで「テーブル」タイプを選び、その下のフィールド
にテーブル名を入力
* 同じくコンテキストメニューから「コントロール」 の「データ」タブで「データ
フィールド」にカラム名を入力
これで関連づけたテーブルのカラムの内容を読み書きできるはずです。
