確かに「テキストの書式設定」が文字をクリックすると出てきて、他のところをクリックすると消えました。
イライラしますね。
5.0.0 でまずくなったのかな、と思って1つ前の4.4.5でも試してみました。
結果、変わらないですね。既定値では、「線と塗りつぶし」が表示されるように
なっていて、タスクバーは2段になっているのですが、文字を入力しようと
した時点でタスクバーが1段になります。
ということは仕様なんでしょうかねえ。
もっと昔からこのような動作なのかな。
