LibreOffice5.0のリリースノートが公開されていました。

日本語化は進んでいないようで、協力してくださいと記載がありましたので、協力してみよううかとwikiのアカウントを登録しようとするとIPがDNSBL(ブラックリスト)に載っているとかで拒否されます。

こういう場合は直接管理者と交渉するしか解除の方法はないのでしょうか。
