お問い合わせの件ですが、私の環境でも発生しており、4.2系でもどうやら残っている様です。
Explorer用のエクステンションが悪さをしている風ですので、
インストーラーを再度立ち上げて、Exlorer用Extentionを削除すると再発しなくなるかもしれません。

不謹慎な言い方で申し訳ないですが、同じ症状の方がおられると言うことですので、
私のシステムが壊れているわけではないと分かり一安心です。（すみません）
とりあえず、OpenOfficeの方で安定して動作しているようなので、
”触らぬ神にたたりなし” ということで、寝た子を起こさないように使うつもりです。
バグ報告に上がっているようなので、早くFIXしてくれるといいですね。
OpenOfficeでは起きていないのだから、意外に早くFIXされたりして
