吉川さんはじめまして。

ご質問の件ですが、

ツール＞カスタマイズ＞「キーボード」タブ
で、各種操作に対して任意のキーを設定できます。
文字の拡大縮小にも任意のキーを割り当てできる様です。

ただ、自分が試した限りでは、<と>を割り当てることが出来ないようで、
代わりにNとMに割り当ててみましたが、なかなか便利そうです。
