解決したので報告しておきます。
一度、LibreOfficeDevをアンインストールしてからインストールしてみました。
これでも、再現しました。
それで、ユーザープロファイルの破損を疑いました。
LibreOfficeDevを終了しユーザープロファイルを一旦リネームしてから起動すると直りました。
ユーザープロファイルの破損だったようです。お騒がせしました。
LibO 5.3から、ユーザープロファイルを一時的に無視する機能(セーフモード)があり、
こういったデバッグに便利です。
メニューの"ヘルプ" > "セーフモードで再起動"からアクセスするか、
LibOを"--safe-mode"オプション付きで起動するとセーフモードになります。
ご存知かもしれませんが、念のため。
