ありがとうございました。
4.1.5のWindows 8.1でのビルドがようやく終わりました。
Java を8から7に変更したり、
デフォルトロケールを米国にしたり、
エラーを回避しながら何とかここまでたどり着きました。

しかし、
make install
が、後述のようにエラーになりました。

試しに
C:\build\solver\wntmsci14.pro\bin
の、soffice.exe を実行してみたのですが、当然の如く
「指定されたファイルがみつかりません」のエラーとなります。

みなさん、どのように環境を作られているのでしょうか？

多少無茶ですが、exeとdllを既存のLibreOffice4.1.5環境に
手動で上書きしてもうまく行きません。
(Cannot obtain UNO_SERVICE from uno ini)
のようなエラーメッセージが出ました。

以下、make install の結果です。
