[ja-discuss] CTL(複合文字言語)のフォントサイズ

Bugzillaで中国語フォントに関連して10.5ポイントを初期値にするように要望が出ています。

CTL(複合フォント)はどうする？と質問が出ています。

根拠として2017年のローマカンファレンスのPDFで、日本、台湾、中動が10.5だと説明されています。

でも、最近は日本ではビジネス文書では12ポイントが多いようです。
それと、半角文字、全角文字の混在したワープロ文書では、西欧諸言語用フォント、アジア諸言語用フォントの初期値がそれぞれ12ポイント、10.5ポイントだと表示されるフォントの大きさがばらばらになります。西欧諸言語用フォントに合わせて、複合文字表示用フォントも含めて12ポイントを初期値として統一したほうが使いやすいと私は思うのですがいかがでしょうか。
