で指定されている色になると思います。

CalcやWriterの背景色はオプション -> アプリケーションの色
から変更出来たのですが、LibreOfficeBasicIDEには反映
されません…。
マクロ編集画面の背景色とテキストカラーは(CalcやWriter同様)「アプリケーションの色」
内の「ドキュメントの背景」や「フォントの色」に従うのが自然に思いますので、
要望としてbugzillaに報告されてはどうでしょうか。
