L'unica cosa che mi viene in mente è "Incolla speciale".
Oppure, ma non so se lo fa' solo per i file csv  o anche per i file html, impostare come "testo" il campo incriminato
nella maschera iniziale dove chiede il formato delle intestazioni.

Ad esempio, ho provato d aprire un file csv con un editor di testo, selezionare e copiare tutto, aprire un file vuoto di calc, incolla speciale --> incolla speciale; mi si apre la maschera per impostare il tipo di importazione

lingua
Opzioni di separazione eccetera eccetera.
