Ho un piccolissimo problema estetico di questo genere:

la seguente formula =IF(($Ore.AG9<=65),$Ore.AG9,$Ore.AG9&T(STYLE("Bad"))) cambia correttamente lo sfondo della cella quando il valore $Ore.AG9 supera 65, ma non ritorna al colore iniziale se il suddetto valore ritorna <= 65.

Prova ad usare la formattazione condizionale unitamente ai gradienti.
