dovresti dirci che versione del programma usi, qual è il tuo sistema operativo
e magari anche le specifiche del tuo computer.
La tua spiegazione è poco esaustiva per aiutarti.

richiesta ad altri più esperti di noi.
NB: dovresti essre più specifico quando scrivi una e-mail, in particolare
