kodnu stranicu za odlazne poruke, što se podešava u
Preferences -> Display -> Formatting -> Advanced -> Character encodings
Preporučam postaviti na "Unicode (UTF-8)" - vidi sliku
(sada je vjerojatno ISO-8895-1).
