No difference to the main website, you login at www... and login to the
main site, then you choose e.g. North-America DVD from the dropdown on
top of the site
or
you login at https://north-america.libreofficebox.org/admin/
and may switch to the international site etc. per dropdown.
I do not see any of the other subsites, FR or DE.
Like at libreoffice you need to be added to the teams of the sites you
want to access, check the dropdown now, the other subsites don't really
have content.
