The idea behind this is that it sets the "auxiliary" footer text aside
visually from the main content of the page. Instead, you could
slightly downsize the text of the footer to achieve the same effect.

It's not a major issue, just my 2 cents. The most important thing is
the revised text and the fact that all will be in *one* 3-line
block...
