Christoph, Ian, All,
This will without a doubt be included in the Drupal website development.

The Wiki page can be found here:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Website/Drupal/brainstorm
No work has been started on the system yet, but we need specifications
in the wiki in order to design the system to LibreOffice requirements.
If anyone has input please edit the wiki.

Ubuntu Brainstorm and almost every other idea generation system is
built off Drupal (Idea Torrents), so this will be setup prior to the
Drupal site going live at libreoffice.org
It is important that any ideas are tracked until then, however
separate systems should not be setup as this will lead to having
issues during the transition.

Once some of the key aspects of the site have been solidified, such as
theme and wysiwyg config then I will endeavour to build the
brainstorm. Maybe in a week or two.
There is nothing stopping people contribute to the brainstorm on the
development site as all content will be transferred over to the
production site on launch.

On the concept of likelihood of implementation, I stand confident that
LibreOffice will be a vibrant and motivated community. As long as we
have the communication structure right, which we in the drupal team
are working on, then implementation of ideas should be a lot easier.
The key is to engage both developers and end users in the process.
