[libreoffice-website] The "real thing" is available (CMS on the new server ready for use)

Hi *,

the silverstripe cms is installed and ready to be filled with content.

Due to the move of the mailinglist archives that is still pending, it
is not at the final URL though, but at
http://test.libreoffice.org (this also gives us time to prepare the
minimal content that is needed before going live.

All content that will be created on that site now, will be what a
visitor sees, the test-prefix will be removed once the mailinglists
move is done, (no links will need to be adapted or similar, it is just
a apache vhost switch)

To get access:

* Register an account at
https://test.libreoffice.org/ForumMemberProfile/register

(you can also use regular http if you don't want to trust an untrusted
certificate :-))

After that, mail this list/me with the email used to register and what
kind of access you want
(author, publisher or admin)

Obviously I'll not grant everyone admin access, so when requesting
admin access also provide a rationale :-)
