A very gross breakdown to say the least - looking at the other pages on
the wiki under website however I don't see anything that starts from
this point and then moves down.

I think, as Christian said, that the Silverstripe site will use that or
similar IA. This presentation shows both sites: TDF and the LibO, and what
it's in each one.
