I don´t know anything about the technical aspects of this question. But even if technically possible, I think we shouldn´t launch the wiki without having the required structure, because people will be adding content that likely won´t be compatible to the structure and logics afterwards.

wiki.oo.o has been suffering this and it´s a mess.
