translation instead of panicking!

I’ve now done the same thing for the macOS page because there was only
one translation (Russian) so it was easy to use the migration tool.

I think it might be hard to use the tool for the main parallel install
page because some of them are completely different. For example the
French one has the instructions for all three OSs in one page.

I wonder we could do something like put the entire source of the
original French page into the first translation string and then make all
the others blank so that we will at least get the original content back
until someone has the time to update the translation properly.
