Hello LibreOffice Website Team,
Thank you very much for restoring my extension page (ID 1980) so quickly after my previous report —
I really appreciate the fast response.
However, I noticed one issue after the restoration: the download count on the extension has been
reset to zero. The previous count reflected several years of accumulated downloads, and it served
as an important indicator of the extension’s adoption and usefulness to the Mongolian-speaking
LibreOffice community.
Could you please let me know:
Whether the previous download count is still stored somewhere in the database and can be restored?
If not, whether there is a backup or log from which the count could be recovered?
I would be very grateful if the original count could be reinstated. If that is not technically
possible, I would appreciate at least an explanation of what happened so I can understand the
situation.
Thank you again for your support.
Best regards,
Batmunkh
