[libreoffice-website] Account Issue

I want to open an account in order to ask an issue; I was asked for an email address, so I provided 
it and confirmed it. 
Now, another email address is being requested. 
I don't have another email address—what should I do? Should I just make up a dummy email account?

It's easier to ask here:
I am listing the coordinates of locations I marked on Wikimapia as hyperlinks within Calc.
I format the coordinates as "12.34/56.78" and use this text as the display text for the hyperlink.
However, when I enter coordinates for locations in the Southern Hemisphere —prepending a minus sign 
to the text in the format "-12.34/56.78"— Calc does not recognize it as a hyperlink.
The southern coordinates I previously entered in OpenOffice do not present this issue.
What could be the cause of this, and how can I get it to work?
