[libreoffice-website] can't create a login

Hi,
Using MS 11 laptop.
I can't create a login on ask.libreoffice.org, via my laptop. I've tried multiple times on multiple 
days after closing browser (LibreWolf), using another browser (Brave), disabling tracking 
protection, disabling vpn. It says "Can't send email." Even gave libreoffice.org exceptions 
everywhere I saw them in the browser settings.

I am trying to learn how to fix some new formatting issues that came up following a save of a new 
version of the document and so reading the guide. Found out there was a new guide today (26.2), so 
downloaded that and started reading that. Noticed my document settings weren't showing all the 
features (Outline & List tab and Conditional tab in the Paragraph style dialog) despite my settings 
being set to automatically update. Downloaded the new update, restarted the computer, and those 
features are still missing.
