The download link is

https://www.libreoffice.org/donate/dl/win-x86_64/26.2.2/zh-TW/LibreOffice_26.2.2_Win_x86-64.msi

Which returned 404 error.

(all platform download link were wrong, like deb: 
https://www.libreoffice.org/donate/dl/deb-aarch64/26.2.2/zh-TW/LibreOffice_26.2.2_Linux_aarch64_deb.tar.gz 
also returned 404.)

The download link in www.libreoffice.org is:

https://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/26.2.2/deb/x86_64/LibreOffice_26.2.2_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz

Which could download successfully.
