[libreoffice-website] accessing forum

I have a question about using Impress.  I tried to create an account at the
forum so I can post my question, but it says "could not send email".  There
is nothing wrong with my email address.  I checked it multiple times, and
refreshed the screen and retyped everything.  I am sending this email from
that address.

My question about Impress:  I'm on a Windows laptop.  If I touch a
curser key while the slide is selected (not the left hand row of slides),
my slide jumps off center.  I can't restore it to where I can see it all
without holding an arrow key and waiting for many seconds while it slowly
inches back into place.  Is there a way to stop this from happening or fix
it more quickly?
