Agenda
======
* Ilmari: would like $wgReplaceTextResultsLimit on the wiki or my patch
applied on TDFs instance
+ current limit is way too short for the ongoing work
+ guilhem: not keen to maintain patches forever, so would rather wait for it
to be applied upstream.
. No problem with temporary raising $wgReplaceTextResultsLimit though (AI
guilhem, to be revisited in a month)
* Ilmari: would like to remove obsolete 3rd party sites from the privacy policy
(jquery, polldaddy, google search)
+ guilhem: grep'ing for CSP headers should give a hint regarding which sites
are still in use (note: not for https://libreoffice.org at the moment —
waiting for the site migration there)
. `git grep foobar $(git grep -lFwi Content-Security-Policy)`
+ Note: some sites are allowed by CSP but missing from the policy: coverity,
ssf (badges), OSM
* Ongoing migration from Manitu
+ charly decommissioned
+ miranda and pitr decommissioned too but not redeployed yet (weren't prod,
postponing until the migration completes)
+ dauntless to be decommissioned by the end of the month — currently blocking
on vm139 (callgrind) and vm171 (crashreport)
. guilhem to take care of vm171, cloph to take care of vm139
+ gimli and dev-downloads have not moved yet (can remain for now, large disks
but low cpu/mem requirements)
+ vm168 has rather high load as well but doesn't make much sense to do perf
tweaks there given the upcoming site revamp/migration
. in due time, we'll be moving the english site first (should
dramatically reduce load on vm168 already), give translator time
to translate the NL sites, and eventually convert the remaining
sites to static pages before shutting down vm168
+ tinderboxes: cloph: tb78 offline (defective), others still online
but can be decommissioned on short notice if needs be
* Relocation at Adfinis: ball is on Adfinis' side now, waiting for the
final parcels to arrive
* CI:
+ tb93 still has issues with disk full, Brett put the build tree on a
secondary drive with HFS+ but the rootfs can't be changed
+ workaround: Routinely create a large dummy file to force the OS to
reclaim the space and delete it
+ cloph: added a new IRC notification bot, plus auto-disabling logic
on the job definition
+ cloph: OOM'ing issues appear to be revolved now
* cloph: long running (>1w) job on the weblate DB, please don't reboot
or turnoff the RDBMS
+ guilhem: ack, will freeze possible pg upgrades too
* Next call: March 21, 17:30 UTC
