[libreoffice-website] Suggested updates to existing template

New mailing list member.  I've been using the Personal Checkbook 
Register template 
(https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/personal-checkbook-register) 
for several years.  I've made some minor modifications to the template 
to better fit the way I use it.  I'd like to contribute these changes, 
but I've not heard back from the author.

I'm asking for some guidance on the appropriate manner to post my 
updated template.  Should I upload it under my own name, providing in 
the summary a link to the original template and acknowledging the 
original author?  The template page doesn't identify the author, but 
I've been having a discussion about this on the ask.libreoffice site and 
was informed the author is Ron Faile.
