Hello, I have tried to recover my account on the web site. Both email addresses that I use, eajmarceau@gmail.com ericmarceau@rogers.com were rejected as not recognized. I then tried to create a new one twice, using ericmarceau@rogers.combut the system never sent the confirmation request email that I was told to expect.
What is wrong? Can you assist?
