[libreoffice-website] Unable to reset my password

Hello, today I received an email from noreply@ask.libreoffice.org about 
an old discussion. When I click on the button “Visit topic”, I get this 
web page, that correctly shows the discussion I opened one year ago: 
https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/expandable-collapsible-tree-view/58884. My 
username is donac, as it is shown in the discussion. The problem is that 
I cannot login nor reset my password, either by using my username donac 
or by using my email angelocannata@hspir.it: the website answers 
“Unknown username or email address”. If my email address is unknown, how 
is it possible that I received that email? Is there any way to recover 
my account?
