Agenda
======

 * cloph: FYI: translations.documentfoundation.org now running weblate-4.8.1
   - smooth upgrade
 * cloph, Brett, floeff, guilhem around to (re)start jibri if it gets stuck
 * Best to start the streams shortly before (~30sec) the session opens so people
   don't have to reload
 * Need to sync with YouTube operators (Mike, Italo, Florian) to start the streams
   there too
   - procedure: `jibri-stream --start {1|2|3}` then poke one of the aforementioned
     names
 * Brett: added an entry to the moderator checklist, moderators need to double check
   that the streams are live before introducing the speaker
 * Brett: shared moderator checklist on Nextcloud (to be updated tomorrow and through
   the conference): "TDF Members" groupfolder, poked the [matrix] group
 * guilhem: will make authentication mandatory on jitsi starting from tonight
   - hope to assign moderator role automatically as well, otherwise will try to do it
     via CLI (sending handcrafted XMPP messages)
 * Pre-recorded videos have different codecs not supported everywhere, recommendation
   (for speakers and moderators) is to use chrome/chromium or firefox, the streams
   should work from all browsers though. if there are a lot of complains we can
   consider transcoding videos sometime during the first day
 * Happy LibOCon! Next call: Tue, Oct 19 at 18:30 CEST
