[libreoffice-website] Account issues

Greetings!

I have successfully created an account to access the Ask LibreOffice forum,
and have posted there a few times (since 2016), as you can see in the
images below.

I have the Chrome browser set to save my login data, so my Ask LibreOffice
forum login data was saved by the browser.

The problem is that now, whenever I try to log in to the forum or reset my
password, I get two warnings.

The first says (in Brazilian Portuguese) that the password or username is
incorrect.

The second, when I try to reset my password, says that the username or
email address is incorrect.

Now I need to ask some questions on the forum but I'm stuck, and I don't
want to create a new account to do that.

Would you please help me solve this problem? TIA.
