* Upcoming gerrit upgrade to 3.3:
- blocking on latest 3.2 (prod instance to be upgraded tonight)
- guilhem to work on 3.2 → 3.3 upgrade path and announce downtime on the dev
list
- gerrit upstream has upgraded the bundled jgit, need to check whether the
new version supports symrefs
* Move some services to Hetzner
- cloph: new tb88 hypervisor (debian baseline) with -linux (centos 7) and
-windows VMs
- guilhem: check salt states and remove the MX on tb88-*
- move bibisect.lo to hetzner after june 6 (guilhem to sync with Xisco)
* Discourse: pending green light from Sophie
* PiTR (Brett absent)
- PSA (guilhem): to disable replication on a PostgreSQL cluster one needs to
remove the replication slot, not only comment out the wal-related options
in the config files. otherwise wal files accumulate and fill the disk
