Agenda
======

* Debian 10.7
  + all hosts upgraded but reboot pending
    - charly (hypervisor) crashed on Dec 8 (cloph: didn't investigate why) so
      that one and its 13 guests don't need to be rebooted, all other do
    - cloph: nothing release related until January 10, can schedule hypervisor
      reboots whenever
      . guilhem: aiming for Dec 24-27
* AskBot → discourse (partial) test import
  + rdm#3122 https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/3122
  + can export a few pages from the AskBot api, massage the markup and import
    to discourse, no need for special privileges or db dump
  + cf https://listarchives.tdf.io/i/3EFvX2GvpsD9lfIvJ7TfaS-7 and
    https://listarchives.tdf.io/i/QeDHWRsY_0kl8wLUFWcbsQyA
  + just a few pages for now to see if we can preserve the kind of Q&A feel
    that AskBot has
  + community volunteered to help: Daniel, Maurico, William (absent today),
    Rafael; Ilmari in touch with them at the moment
    - unclear what need to be changed to convert the AskBot markup into
      Discourse's markdown flavor
    - the attachment URLs will probably need to be updated as well
* Pending items:
  + Planned upgrade: mediawiki (1.31 → 1.35)
    - likely to be disruptive (based of past experience LTS -1 → LTS)
    - guilhem: will try to upgrade the stage wiki ASAP so Dennis can have a
      look
    - tentatively upgrade the prod site between xmas and new year
  + PiTR
    - Brett: can deploy on a new host (guilhem to ditch the pootle box and
      order a new recent physical host at manitu before the vacation period)
    - guilhem: want to move the RDBMS from the guests to a central host at
      some point to relieve some i/o, but unable to give any ETA at this point
      (not really a blocker either)
    - these two can be done independently, let's do PiTR first (don't need to
      configure all postgres servers at once also, for the less critical ones
      the daily snapshots are fine)
  + monitoring
  + mailing lists
    - permalinks are now configured, old-style URLs as well
    - AI guilhem: import from FDO
    - AI guilhem: subscribers and traffic graphs: rdm#3343 (can reuse same
      backend)
* Jonathan: DMARC - DMARCIAN (takes the data and makes it easy to read and
  understand)
  + talked about this during the last meeting https://listarchives.tdf.io/i/xxAl52hGf0S3Fg97q-QlSeB3
  + Jonathan: quick demo, showed report visualizations etc
  + Guilhem: for libreoffice.org it's more something for JPBerlin, for
    documentfoundation.org it's so few users / outgoing messages, something
    like opendmarc (postfix milter) does the report parsing and inserts in a
    db to query manually later, nice visuals on top of that would be nice but
    an external service seem overkill and not not necessarily desired (would
    need privacy policy update + BoD/legal approval at the minimum)
* cloph: planing to upgrade Weblate this evening 4.1 → 4.2 → 4.3 (→4.4),
  estimate import time 1h/100k strings (we have 10M strings right now)
  + prod site during the week-end
  + AI cloph: send announcement with estimate downtime for the prod site
  + AI guilhem: update the bitergia dashboard once Weblate has been updated
    (to avoid doing a mass import while there might be downtime)
* Jonathan: could give a hand with the firewall revamp also (shorewall →
  native nftables rulesets)
  + Use the website list and/or the IRC channel for coordination
* Next call: Tue, Jan 19 2021 at 17:30 UTC
