Set your Discourse account to "mailing list mode" and you can have
what you want.

Note that handling of incoming messages isn't configured yet, so for now
replies to Discourse messages are discarded instead of being posted
online (either as a new topic or as a follow-up to an existing one).
AskBot isn't able to do that either so this is not a regression.  (See
rdm#2952 msg12 and rdm#3246).  Should we decide to adopt Discourse I see
no issue in enabling that workflow, we have something similar for
Redmine already.
