Any reason to use Nextcloud for the internal link? As I wrote last week on the staff channel NC's ACL system is overkill for immutable non-expiring world-readable documents. Why not upload that file directly as Silverstripe or Mediawiki asset? (And delete the share on Nextcloud.) It'll be served directly by the HTTPd and bypass the somewhat slow backend, so it'll scale *much* better. Which is especially relevant for links such as this one which show up on “high-profile” pages.
