Gerrit refuses to create a new account because this email address was associated to another account earlier this week, as cas be seen at https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/q/owner:dbarkleyyeung@gmail.com . De-associating your address from account (<ibarkl> needs to log in and delete your address from https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/settings/#EmailAddresses ) should allow you to log in using your own account.
