Hi Llamari,
I tried out the drop-down menus, however, if a user clicks on "Module"
and changes his mind, then one would usually click anywhere on the page
to remove the drop-down list. However, the list remains open
(dropped-down) on the screen. The same happens with "Language". You can
even have both of the menus open and not retract as per usual by
clicking anywhere on the page.
IMO, it would be nice if the behaviour followed the same as the main
website drop-down menus. Just to add consistency and also for the sake
of anyone of our users who may have accessibility issues.
I have chosen to use a CSS-only solution, which makes use of a checkbox
to toggle the menu. It is accessible to screen reader users.
